Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic lead development specialist to join our marketing team. The Lead Generation will identify and engage with new opportunities across all channels and branches. The ideal candidate has a strong motivation to reach lead generation goals and is comfortable communicating via all written and digital communication channels (i.e., email, phone, Teams).
Responsibilities
Generate leads and brand awareness through a diverse set of marketing activities and campaigns, to build a pipeline of qualified leads
Qualify new prospects and manage incoming leads (responding and tracking) through HubSpot CRM
Conduct market research on potential customers to tailor our approach and delivery
Maintain leads in HubSpot CRM, including tracking and reporting on activity
Software Skills
Excellent MS skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
HubSpot or other CRM experience a plus
Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Demonstrated experience of corporate or professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with communicating via phone, email, and Teams video calls.
