Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Host/Hostess at Benjamin Restaurant Group in New York, NY. This position will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the service and kitchen teams, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons. You will also be required to answer phone calls, provide information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours, and be familiar with menu items and ingredients,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience with OpenTable and/or Resy
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in training and Food & Beverage knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• High level of organization and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open availability on weekends and holidays are a must

Hourly salary starts at $25 an hour
