Work Hours/ Shift/ Remote

The work schedule will be Monday to Friday during day shift only. No remote work available. Extended work weeks may be required based on business needs.

Job Summary

The Lead HR Compliance role is responsible for establishing governance and control over HR compliance and reporting across all entities within Cipla North America, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Conduct compliance reviews and provide optimization advice for HR policies.
  • Create HR compliance framework and monitor operations outcomes.
  • Stay current on labor regulatory landscape and provide risk management suggestions.
  • Provide cross-function compliance-related coordination.
  • Support HRBP's in compliance related matters.
  • Stay current on Federal, State, and local laws.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (specialization in Human Resources preferred). PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • A minimum of 5 years of related HR Generalist and HR Compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HR Compliance.
  • OFCCP audit experience desirable.
  • Experience preparing Affirmative Action plans preferred.
  • Current knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
  • Professionalism and ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
