A Raleigh-based heating, air, and plumbing company is looking to hire a Lead HVAC Installer. This position is for a natural-born leader who enjoys getting their hands dirty, fixing problems, helping customers, and contributing to the greater good of the community. Job Description:As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will oversee and perform the installation of HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings. You will lead a team of installers, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position requires someone with extensive hands-on experience and leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team in the installation of new and add-on replacement equipment - Review job specifications and project plans to ensure installations meet customer expectations - Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems as needed - Work on a variety of HVAC-related projects in residential and light commercial environments - Serve as a leader for your team, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety protocols - Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects - Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and repairs.- Manage tools, materials, and supplies for job sitesJob RequirementsRequirements: - 5+ years of residential and light commercial experience - Experience with add on replacements - Own basic trade tools - Bilingual (Spanish/English speaking) is a plus
