Lead Installer

Lebanon, PA

  • Lead a team of 1-2 installers to ensure proper, timely installation of our industrial dust collection systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues and challenges on-site
  • Serve as the primary point of conduct for customers, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring our customers are highly satisfied throughout the installation process
  • Ensure the equipment installation is compliant with all safety regulations and industry quality standards
  • Maintain accurate installation documentation, including progress reports, site evaluations, and testing
  • Provide supervision and mentor your team to encourage collaboration and a positive work environment
  • Travel daily to job sites, typically within a 2-hour radius of our shop
  • Work 55+ hours per week, with a 6 AM start time

We are looking for a Lead Installer to join our growing company and oversee all aspects of installing our industrial dust collection systems. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC installer, mechanic, welder, framer/carpenter, or equipment installer with strong leadership skills and an interest in receiving on-the-job training on our industrial equipment installation.

Our Ideal Lead Installer:

  • Experienced: 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanics, equipment installation, framing/carpentry, welding, or another relevant industry. A desire to receive on-the-job training in our industry
  • Leadership: 2+ years of proven leadership experience. Ability to provide accountability and motivate your team to do their best work
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effectively collaborates with coworkers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Problem Solver: Thinks quickly, solves complex problems, and develops creative solutions
  • Organized: Works efficiently & effectively and keeps accurate and complete documentation for each installation
  • Professional & Respectful: Able to engage with customers of all backgrounds and cultures when representing the company
  • Team Player: Humble and coachable with a positive can do attitude
  • Active: Must be able to work from a ladder, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift 75+ lbs.
