We are looking for a few high integrity individuals that have a passion for cannabis!LEAD INVENTORY SUPERVISORAt Nirvana Center, the Lead Inventory Supervisor holds a lot of responsibilities within their location. For the inventory department, this position is expected to successfully lead and analyze day-to-day operations while consistently maintaining store compliance within the state compliance regulations. The Lead Inventory Supervisor at each location is also expected to successfully facilitate change within their location, acting as a bridge between their support staff, store manager, and employees. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trains new employees in the company's policies, and standard operating procedures..
- Creating a lunch and break schedule daily and making sure it is followed.
- Delegation of duties to inventory staff and supporting them throughout the shift.
- Manages the flow of the store during their shift and can step in to cover any position as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Oversight of all inventory related operations for specific location
- Assure proper auditing with adherence to the audit SOP
- Schedule creation and time clock/sheet monitoring, reporting any edits to the store manager
- Maintain fair and clear disciplinary standards across the board based on our procedures
- Ensure that your shift leads are remaining consistent, up to date, and are training properly
- Lead merchandising opportunities to set standard for sales floor/displays
- Uphold consistent delegation skills with yourself and supervisors
- Provide proper and clear communication to support staff, your SM, and employees
- Exhibiting persistent and strong leadership through example and experience
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES & EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Thorough understanding of the company's products and/or services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication skills with wholesale workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors.
- Basic understanding of inventory control procedures. Experience with computerized inventory systems required.
- Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff.
- Associates Degree in Business Management, preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least one year of inventory supervisory experience is highly preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking throughout the facility.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.
