Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Line Cook at Noble Goat in Downingtown, PA. The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, preparing food, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create new dishes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
