Responsibilities
Direct and train all production line personnel
Provide clear expectations to line personnel
Coordinate components for production line
Coordinate changeover process and verify all components staged on production line
De-stage production line when changing over
Identify product quality problems and initiate corrective action
Ensure proper reliability reporting
Maintain cleaning supply inventory for designated area; Assist line crew with cleaning
Assist running through breaks and lunches
Notify supervisor of any problems that might or do result in Hold material
Other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years relevant experience in manufacturing preferred.
Prior experience with training, coaching and developing others
Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Team Player.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills.
