Buffalo Framing & Truss LLC has helped build Central Texas by providing turnkey framing trusses and wall panels for over 30 years We understand that the way to continue our success is by hiring outstanding individuals that are committed to excellence If this sounds like a company you would like to be a part of please apply We are seeking a Lead Load Builder to join our team Job summary The Lead Load Builder position is responsible for picking materials for jobsite deliveries and supporting other yard personnel with material management The Lead Load Builder reports to the Logistics Manager Responsibilities Create material packages for jobsite delivery Materials include lumber of various sizes species and grades OSB and plywood panel products wood and fiber cement siding soffits and trim framing hardware and various brands of weather barrier wraps tapes flashings and adhesives Support and occasionally train Load Builders on product knowledge and load assembly and checking Aid in organization of yard inventory Coordinate priority of work orders with the Logistics Manager and the Load Builders Work with Buying and Inventory team to understand new materials for upcoming projects Qualifications and Experience Comprehensive product knowledge of lumber and building materials required Warehouse forklift experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required High school diplomaGED preferred Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Requirements Bending stooping kneeling crouching crawling climbing pushingpulling twisting standing and walking The ability to liftcarry over 50 lbs repeatedly Benefits Health Insurance Medical Dental and Vision FSA Life and Disability Insurance 401K PTO and Paid Holidays
