**Job Summary**
The R1 Maintenance Lead is accountable for overseeing all activities involved in the operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds, including housekeeping. Performs general maintenance duties.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
**Education and/or Experience**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.
**License/Certification/Registration**
+ Valid South Dakota drivers license required.
**Work Schedule**
+ Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, plus on-call time; 80 hours every 2 weeks
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
+ $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
