Job SummaryTrinity Alps Unified School District has a Lead Maintenance or Maintenance II position open for the 2025-2026 school year. Under the direction of the Director of Transportation & Maintenance and the Superintendent, perform grounds, maintenance custodial and repair duties; assist in the direction of custodial; assist with grounds upkeep, maintenance and repair; perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements / Qualifications•Journeyman level knowledge in the skilled trade of Heating/Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration, and from two skilled trades (one from Painting, Glazing, or Carpentry and one from Plumbing or Electrical). •The equipment, tools, terms and methods used in building and equipment maintenance and in construction.
