Location: Catskill,NY, USA
Responsibilities Snapshot:
Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion and accurate tracking of information of all orders
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Keeping administrator up to date with outstanding projects and needs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Experience working in a hospital, home care facility, or assisted living facility is required
Property, building, or housekeeping experience is preferred
