The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.Qualifications:HVAC Certified3+ years of Maintenance ExperienceAbility to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedlyAbility to respond to after-hours emergenciesValid Driver's LicenseBasic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.Preferred Qualifications:Proven 2+ years of HVAC experienceTo be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
