Lead, Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd Shift
: Job Details :

Determine design approaches and parameters. Must have extensive knowledge with surface mount technologies. Experience in programming and troubleshooting SMT line automation equipment, including Screen Printer, Jet Printer, Pick & Place, SPI, AOI, reflow profiler, etc. Familiar with IPC/ EIA J-STD-001 C. Working knowledge of all SMT assembly and inspection processes. Working knowledge of PCB CAD data and equipment programming software, and databases. Perform system analysis to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Perform simulations and present design reviews to peer engineers. Essential Functions: Participate in Circuit Card Assembly design review for manufacturability. Design and procure Solder Stencil and pallet for various CCA. Generate reflow profile to support CCA production as well as rework. Create SPI, Jet printer, Pick & Place and AOI programming. Perform first article and AOI debug.
