Description
- Process Development & Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment. Continuously refine and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline production.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Proactively address production challenges such as equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and delays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Project Management: Take the lead or support efforts in planning and executing manufacturing projects, including new product introductions, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report production data to track performance, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements. Utilize Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other methodologies to drive efficiency.
- Equipment & Facility Support: Oversee the functionality and upkeep of all manufacturing equipment, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and prevent disruptions.
- Collaboration: Partner with R&D, quality control, and production teams to ensure smooth integration of new products into manufacturing workflows. Provide technical expertise on product design modifications.
- Documentation: Ensure that all processes, equipment specifications, and process improvements are documented accurately, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ Years manufacturing experience
- Machine Shop background (Welding + Machining)
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Electro-mechanical technical knowledge
Job Offer
