Description

  • Lead and inspire a team of technical professionals, ensuring alignment with their roles and responsibilities during each shift.

  • Manage and direct technical operations to ensure workflows run seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Act as the go-to leader during your shift, troubleshooting operational challenges and ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards.
  • Proactively monitor the health of the fleet, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Coordinate timely and efficient repairs and maintenance to minimize fleet downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed, helping to extend the lifespan and reliability of the fleet.
  • Oversee smooth shift transitions by providing detailed updates and ensuring a clear handover of responsibilities between shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring continuity of operations and rapid resolution of any arising issues.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate shift reports, outlining activities, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Share critical information with senior management, keeping them informed on fleet status, operational progress, and any issues that require attention.
  • Assess the strengths and development areas of team members and provide ongoing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for skill enhancement and collaborate in designing and delivering effective training programs that drive team performance.

Profile

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical team management, ideally within the AV or EV industries.
  • Proven expertise in managing maintenance teams and ensuring high levels of operational efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with fleet management and maintenance best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet management systems, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach to resolving operational challenges.
  • Proficient in identifying potential risks and communicating with senior management to escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
  • Skilled in fostering a collaborative, solution-focused team culture that values accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
