  • Lead the engineering and design efforts for HVAC, Plumbing, Temperature Control, and Fire Protection Systems.
  • Perform building load calculations, energy simulation, and analysis to optimize system efficiency.
  • Conduct equipment sizing and selection for various building systems.
  • Design steam and hydronic heating, chilled water cooling, and ducted air distribution systems.
  • Develop Plumbing Systems, including domestic water, sanitary waste, acid waste, and stormwater systems.
  • Design Temperature Control Systems with proficiency in pneumatic and electronic actuated systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes in all design activities.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software for accurate and efficient design.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to initiate and coordinate design disciplines, ensuring project success.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities within a team-oriented environment.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in building system design and construction.
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Temperature Control, and Fire Protection Systems
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software
  • Professional Engineer License
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
