Follow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures Follow all company and site specific safety and health program policies. Actively participate in accident/incident investigations. Ensure the compliance of Subcontractors as it pertains to OSHA standards and company Pre-qualification guidelines. Immediately notify the Safety Department and Senior Management of all accidents, injuries, and near misses. Job Knowledge – Understands and has experience with the work performed. Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable. Experience with fencing and miscellaneous metals product offering. Reads and competently interprets shop drawings and specifications. Operates forklifts. Never compromise safety or quality. Competent welding and fabricating steel, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze and other metals. Experience with forging metals. Understands production tracking. Quantity of Work – Amount of time to complete assigned work. Competently completes tasks with minimal over site after directions are given. Challenges self and team to beat production goals. Plans work for self and others. Quality of Work – Accuracy and neatness of work performed and supervised. Doesn't walk away from problems. Doesn't accept subpar work or cover up mistakes if quality is compromised. Has sense of ownership and satisfaction of job well done. Doesn't compromise quality for speed. Accepts responsibility for mistakes and works to correct and educate others. Instills sense of ownership and pride with crew.
