- Document Everything: From work authorizations to moisture maps, youll ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
- Control the Scene: Install containment and safety mechanisms, and establish drying protocols with top-notch equipment.
- Lead by Example: Supervise and mentor Mitigation Tech I staff and temporary labor, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Customer Champion: Deliver excellent customer service, collect deductibles, and secure positive client reviews.
- Emergency Response: Be ready to jump into action with emergency cleaning, sanitizing services, and controlled demolition when needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of two years in the insurance restoration industry.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold restoration are preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 15 pounds and working in various environments.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with 3D imaging equipment and standard office software.
