Take your career to the next level by bringing innovative solutions to our expanding network environment.Req.#622069156#LI-DNIResponsibilitiesLead the team of infrastructure engineers responsible for L3 support for the global data networkDesign, develop and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructureResponsible for 3rd-level troubleshooting for all LAN/WAN alerts and issuesResponsible for maintenance of all monitoring and reporting systemsProduce and maintain documentation related to all systems developed/deployedPerform on-call duty for non-business hours support as per shift assignmentsPerform administrative tasks pertaining to time entry and status reportingConfigure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurationsMonitor performance and ensure system availability and reliabilityMonitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planningWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructureSelect and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security teamLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionOpen for 24x7 availabilityRequirementsPossess excellent network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network-related issues in the shortest possible timeMust be able to clearly interact with the customer, understand the requirements and communicate with the offshore team.
