Essential Functions

* Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to DuraFlex's standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
* Read work orders, give instructions, and/or perform tasks assigned.
* Operate various equipment Efficiently, and Safely compliant with company safety policies.
* Utilizes standard work processes to ensure repeatable performance
* Fully participate in all Continuous Improvement and Safety efforts.
* Demonstrates the aptitude and skill to work in all assigned areas of production
* Troubleshoots minor production line issues when required.
* Strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, productivity, and quality with demonstrated results
* Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets
* Responsible for daily/weekly audits including 5S and approving finished unit product quality before leaving the department
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* (K) Knowledge of working with technology and Microsoft Office 365 Products.
* (A) Ability to identify and resolve problems.
* (S) Strong Interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
* (A) Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
* Warehouse / Manufacturing setting
* Prolonged periods of standing & repetitive movements throughout the entire shift
* Must be able to lift up to and/or move materials up to 50 pounds at times
* Ergonomics, Lifting, Bending, Pushing, Pulling
Travel
* This job requires no planned business travel.
Education and Experience
* High School graduation or equivalent is required. Combined experience in this type of job role of 2 (two) or more years in a manufacturing environment with education is desirable.
* Experience in leading teams in machining and assembly environments
* 2+ years of forklift experience preferred
* Basic math and business writing skills
* Must have the willingness and ability to work some weekends or provide OT support, if needed
