Job Requirements:The Production Team Lead position is responsible to lead all production personnel in the day-to-day operations of the plant in order to achieve a product that is on time and consistent.Responsibilities: Qualifications/ Experience:
  • Responsible to coordinate day-to-day production processes.
  • Able to perform all manufacturing operator, shipping and receiving jobs as needed.
  • Responsible to help train employees and ensure they are performing adequately.
  • Able to troubleshoot manufacturing issues in order to maintain standards.
  • Able to assist all operators to complete paperwork, documentation, and LX transactions accurately and timely.
  • Responsible to assist in general housekeeping of the department.
  • Responsible to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while also maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
  • May perform special projects or continuous improvement activities as needed.
  • Working Knowledge of facility processes.
  • General Understanding of shop orders, prioritizing due dates.
  • Ability interact with team members in a professional manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • General problem solving skills
  • Must be able to run several manufacturing machines, Kamatsu, Stemtec, etc..
East and West side Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of facility processes.
  • General Understanding of shop orders, prioritizing due dates.
  • Ability to interact with team members in a professional manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • General problem-solving skills.
  • General knowledge of computers and current MRP system.
  • General understanding of safety policies and ability to demonstrate safe work behavior.
