To be successful in this role, you must be results-driven, able to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and lead paid media enhancements that deliver increased results and sales. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of paid media best practices, implementation and execution of either paid social or programmatic media, and an ability to use data to solve problems and drive new ideas.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and deliver either Paid Social and/or Programmatic media campaigns
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various Paid Social and/or Programmatic Buying platforms
- Drive optimizations to campaigns to increase brand awareness, brand consideration, and acquisition
- Own management and execution of day-to-day Paid Social or Programmatic campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and make suggestions/adjustments as needed to ensure that campaigns are meeting performance goals
- Work with internal creative team to create compelling ad copy and targeting strategies to reach the desired audience
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make recommendations for optimization and improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and best practices, and implement these in campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams, such as analytics, to test cohesive and effective audiences
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention across all digital channels
- Own the auditing and regular checks of campaign tracking to ensure front-end and back-end metrics are aligned
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all things Paid Social, educate and inform throughout the organization
Qualifications and Education
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of paid media experience, hands-on keys in either Paid Social or Programmatic ad buying
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing role
- In-depth knowledge of paid social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn and/or any DSPs
- Experience with setting up campaigns, brainstorming targeting strategies and general campaign management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of tracking and tagging of ads (experience within Google Campaign Manager is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Paid Media key performance indicators
- Deep strategic expertise across Paid Social and/or Programmatic media buying
- Experience A/B testing creative
- Expert knowledge in best practices for Paid Social and/or Programmatic ad buying
- Proven track record of developing, presenting strategies and results to leadership
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to think analytically, identify and solve problems
- Self-starter who is able to develop, lead, prioritize and execute on Paid Social and Programmatic Strategies
