Are you ready to be treated with respect everyday in your workplace?Paint of WNY is looking for a Lead Painter to join our team and help us continue to exceed our customers' expectations!JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Lead Painter at Paint of WNY, you will be responsible for training employees according to the Paint of WNY Standards and Procedures, and ensuring that all duties are carried out properly and within the timeframe prescribed by job sheets and Crew Leader. The following qualifications and benefits apply to this position:QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to efficiently carry out painting related duties in a professional and workmanlike manner
- Knowledge of products
- Ability to perform all painting functions without supervision in a competent, timely manner with the highest degree of craftsmanship and in accordance with the Paint of WNY Standards and Procedures
- Knowledge of the proper use of equipment (ladders, lifts, paint sprayers, etc.)
- Ability to keep an accurate account of each employee working on his particular job
- Monitor employee attendance, appearance, language, and proper use of equipment
