The congregation and elders are seeking a pastor gifted in teaching, developing people, and prophetic ministry.Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is gifted and willing to help lead the church to engage in community events, to help train, cultivate, and nurture church leaders, and to help build a culture of generosity within the congregation.Minimum Years of Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of ministry experience and has successfully led a congregation to engage their community with the Gospel.Minimum Education Level: If necessary, must be willing to complete the Ministerial Study Program (MSP).Minimum Credential Level: Must be willing to complete the Alliance accreditation process.Compensation: Salaried, Health BenefitsChurch Size: Small (Less than 50 for Avg.
