Company overview
We're on a mission to make it easier for businesses to serve their customers. While many companies have incredible digital infrastructure, the people who understand customer experience best are blocked from changing the very processes that make it happen. We're changing that with purpose built AI, thoughtful design, and a relentless focus on the user.
We're building an AI platform that brings agility, scale, and transparency to businesses like never before. We're driving human-centered services for our clients by applying the same principles within our own processes—leveraging an AI engine that orchestrates data, platforms, and every step of the user experience.
We're building a diverse, creative team in New York, with flexible hybrid work options. Our founding team—including graduates from Wharton, MIT, and the Royal College of Art—has a proven track record of building unicorn software companies, where design, product, and engineering cultures are fully integrated.
