We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a

pivotal role in driving the success of our products. You will work cross-functionally with product

and engineering partners to represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, and ensure

design quality.

Qualifications / Requirements

● At least 7 years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a Product Design team,

delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team

● 1-2+ years of people management experience (preferred), guiding the work of UI/UX and

product designers

● Strong understanding of product-building areas including engineering, design, analytics,

and user research/insights

● You love developing cohesive and scalable design strategies that can play out across

numerous channels and mediums

● You display a human-centered approach to design that's inquisitive, strategic and

empathetic

● Reliable self-starter who can provide direction to multiple projects with minimal

oversight

● Can push the team to explore new thinking and expand new interpretations of the design

to meet ever-changing company demands

● An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a strong foundation in typography, interaction, and

visual design

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related

field, or equivalent practical experience

● Experience using agile development methodologies with globally-distributed teams and

ability to keep up with a fast-paced and global company

Responsibilities

● Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or

products

● Lead design centered changes, refinements, and improvements

● Create visual elements of the company's products

● Orchestrate and communicate the user experience at various stages of the design

process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or prototypes

● Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to

understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions

● Contribute to optimization of TCR products

● Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience

updates
