National Grid is seeking experienced Lead Program Manager, Solar for All,for our New York market. This position can be located in Brooklyn NY, Melville NY, Waltham MA, Syracuse NY, or Hicksville NY.
This role is within the Customer Enablement Products team in the US Customer Organization. The Customer Enablement Products Team's mission is to provide tools, content and education to our customers to enable them to make smart choices about their energy consumption. We engage our low to moderate income communities through various energy efficiency and bill credit programs.
We empower customers to learn about their energy usage through channels such as our sustainability hub, energy efficiency marketplace, social media platforms, customer facing website and email communications. We listen to the feedback we receive from our customers, and then make continuous improvements to our various billing programs, payment and saving options/programs, social and web interactions as well as marketplace/shopping opportunities.These tools ensure our customers can easily do business with us, feel heard, valued and save money.
Job PurposeThe Program Manager, Solar for All, will lead the Administration of the current ESFA program and the currently in development of Statewide Solar for All and REACH programs for Low Income Electric Customers in NY. The program is designed to deliver community solar bill credits to nearly 150,000 low-income customers, making it the largest program of its kind in the country.

The Program Manager is responsible for delivering the intended programs benefits and assist with developing future phases of programs.

Downstate NY Salary: $125,000 - $147,000 a year
Upstate NY Salary: $104,00 - $122,000 a year
MA Salary: $116,000 - $137,000 a year
