Job Description:

Are you an experienced Engineering/Project Manager looking for a dynamic role that combines technical expertise and project management? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee both engineering and project management responsibilities for the production of high-end outdoor products. This position will play a pivotal role in taking projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Design:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of GFRC products, ensuring technical oversight and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to design and engineer products, making necessary changes to Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Utilize SolidWorks or similar CAD software to develop design solutions.

Project Management:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from estimating and quoting to project completion, ensuring profitability.
  • Provide both technical and budget oversight for assigned projects.
  • Create shop routings and accurate BOM for production.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Act as the key point of contact between the production team and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with the local 30-person team to manage product lines and ensure smooth production processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
  • Proven 5+ years in project management within a manufacturing environment, preferably with GFRC or similar materials.
  • Experience with estimating, quoting, and managing profitability for projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
