What you'll do:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various functions, including tech, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our company.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Mentor and guide recruiters as the team grows.

t's a perfect match if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring across multiple disciplines.
  • Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a growing recruitment team.

The pay range for this role is $150,000- $200,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
