Osmo is seeking a Lead Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people with purpose, capable of sharing the Osmo story across all levels of talent, and driven to build high-performing teams for our fragrance manufacturing facility and fragrance house expansion. This role combines strategic vision, process excellence, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging talent to support Osmo's mission of innovation and excellence in digital olfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent strategy for Osmo, recruiting everyone from entry-level factory roles, high-level fragrance industry specialists to AI engineers, ensuring alignment with Osmo's mission and values.
- Create and sustain strong talent pipelines to meet hiring needs of 4-6+ roles per month across diverse functions.
- Inspire candidates by effectively communicating Osmo's mission, culture, and opportunities to all candidates.
- Build strong, meaningful connections within the fragrance industry and beyond, leveraging relationships to attract top talent. You excel at identifying connections, fostering relationships, and leveraging networks to find and attract talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and craft compelling strategies to meet them.
- Build trust and rapport quickly, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage Ashby to streamline the hiring process and collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Continuously refine recruitment workflows to meet tight hiring cycles and enhance the candidate journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years and a proven track record filing highly technical roles computational or engineering roles across industries, ideally both.
- Flexibility and availability for both in-office and remote collaboration while maintaining proximity to NYC and suburban NJ for candidate site visits.
- You genuinely care about the people you recruit and share their excitement for Osmo's innovative journey.
