New York Power Authority (White Plains, NY) seeks Lead RSA Archer Configuration Analyst to support and maintain Enterprise Governance Risk Compliance (eGRC) application and its related modules in the RSA Archer environment, including Audit, Issue Management, Observation Module, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Loss Management, Insurance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Key Risk Indicators, Incident Management, and common libraries and integration to other tools, related but not limited to facilities applications, processes, and devices. Coordinate and carry out recurring system maintenance activities such as changes in functionality (system configuration) to support business requirements and to ensure that such changes are appropriately tested within the constraints of the RSA Archer environment. The testing process includes developing test plans and coordinating testing activities associated with the application of patches and system upgrades with end-users. Troubleshoot problems and design, build, and generate periodical dashboards and reports. Conduct data analysis focused on process improvement and automation. Carry out customer liaison activities where appropriate. Responsible for planning and managing medium- to large-scale system development and implementation efforts. Manage end-user activities and make decisions related to the design. Plan and manage the transition of software applications from implementation to post-implementation support, including gathering and facilitating business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, testing, training, and end-user support. Configure and manage the system environment, access, and security. Implement existing documents and procedures and integrate new business requirements with current system modules. Set up workflows and roles for existing and new modules. Provide system design and configuration for the system and related modules, which includes developing the conceptual design for solutions; making changes to system rules, formulas, algorithms, and attributes; preparing and maintaining test scripts; transferring changes to quality assurance environment; and testing changes to ensure accuracy. Provide day-to-day operational support, including responding to incidents, troubleshooting, and executing corrective actions. Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, and implement software solutions; support changes to existing system as needed. Act as liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing systems. Develop reporting structures and business objects, including ad hoc queries and reports from the system. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or an Information Technology-related field, and 2 years of demonstrated experience utilizing the eGRC RSA Archer Platform, to include experience developing test plans, performing project risk assessment, and conducting troubleshooting/maintenance.
