We are looking for a few high integrity individuals that have a passion for cannabis!Lead Sales (FOH) SupervisorA Lead Sales Supervisor's role is to support the Store Manager in day-to-day functions like decision making, communicating with inventory, coordination and assistance of staff, and compliance. They are an essential line of communication between the staff and the Store Manager and are essentially the manager's eyes and ears whenever they are not present. They are the best example of a supervisor, and always treat all staff with fairness and hold them accountable to NCD policies and procedures. They can assume all roles and basic duties of the dispensary, from opening to closing and is ready to take responsibility for what happens during their shiftSupervisory Responsibilities:
- Trains new employees in the company's customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Creating a lunch and break schedule daily and making sure it is followed.
- Delegation of duties to front of house staff and supporting them throughout the shift.
- Manages the flow of the store during their shift and can step in to cover any position as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Direction and oversight of front of house operations during their shift.
- Assists the Store Manager with suggestions during performance management, goal setting, and reviews of employees.
- Helps Store Manager to produce coaching and disciplinary action for staff and is available to sit in during them when needed.
- Ensures that all staff are abiding by Nirvana Center Dispensary policies and procedures.
- Takes initiative to ensure that the store remains compliant to the state's regulations.
- Assists the Store Manager with topics and suggestions for Manager Meetings with Supervisor staff.
- Assists the Store Manager with topics and suggestions for bi-weekly Employee Meetings with all staff.
- Ensures that patients experience excellent care while in our facility.
- Manages the flow of the store during their shift and can step in to cover any position as needed.
- Addressing and resolving simple customer and employee complaints promptly and effectively to the best of their ability.
Required Skills/Abilities & Education/Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain budgets.
- Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.
- Associates Degree in Business Management, preferred, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of retail supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking throughout the facility.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
