Given our wide breadth services, it is highly likely that you have used our technology while making purchases online or even researching your next purchase!We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team to spearhead our Salesforce Revenue Cloud project. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive revenue growth and streamline business processes.SUMMARYAs the Lead for our Salesforce Engineering team and Revenue Cloud project, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of solutions that optimize our revenue management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the technical design and development efforts for the Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud to meet business needs, including but not limited to configuring CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Revenue Recognition modules.
  • Develop custom code, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications on the Heroku platform, leveraging Heroku services and tools to build scalable and high-performance solutions.
  • Develop Mulesoft integrations to connect systems, applications, and data sources, using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform to design, build, and manage APIs and integrations.
  • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to retrieve, manipulate, and manage data in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle. Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform.
  • Lead and manage the work of Rakuten Advertising's Salesforce engineering team, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation and customization, including CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition modules.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce projects from design to implementation, preferably in a lead developer or technical architect role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (formerly Salesforce CPQ & Billing).

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.USD $91,044.00 - $157,248.00 annually
