Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure effective cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to guarantee a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with building occupants and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work with cleaning products and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area required.
