We are looking to hire a Lead Server to join our team. The Lead Server performs all necessary duties to uphold the community's standards of quality and excellence in food, service, hospitality, and friendliness, while also ensuring that other servers meet these expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food orders
• Oversee serving staff to ensure high level of hospitality and excellence in food is displayed
• Delivering beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tables
• Providing quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food, while maintaining high quality standards of service

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Passion, dedication, and commitment to providing seniors an engaging, enlivening, and captivating living environment
• Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to multi-task

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Two years' experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position operates in a dining room setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
