Advanced Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is an Emergency Services company available 24 hrs – 7 days a week. We specialize in sewer/drain cleaning, water jetting, video inspections, and Jet-Vac services. We are currently searching for a Lead Service Coordinator with exceptional customer service and management skills.

Position: On-site at our Totowa, NJ office. Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

As the Lead Service Coordinator, you will:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls, e-mails, and direct requests and update information in the field service management program.
  • Directly manage daily workflow for up to seven technicians and four helpers, including dispatching, updating schedules, and notifying customers.
  • Manage all dispatch functions including emergency and non-emergency service work, site visits, and estimates.
  • Manage and schedule all preventative maintenance.
  • Generate and provide estimates and reports.
  • Complete vendor registrations and provide certificates of insurance, W-9s, and other related documents.
  • Input inventory adjustments to the field service management system.
  • Be responsible for successfully building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Integrate with the field team and dispatchers to ensure team safety, optimize operations, and expand company growth.
  • Assist in company growth through excellent CSR, a great attitude, and use of company resources.
  • Work with the support of the business owners, operations manager, and other office staff.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on-site at our office in Totowa, NJ.
  • Minimum 4 years customer service experience, preferably in construction trades.
  • Excellent computer skills, preferably with G-mail, Microsoft Office, Service Fusion a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Great decision-making abilities.
  • Must be able to manage fluctuating priorities, be a self-starter, and work with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
