Job Overview: The Lead Solution Architect, for the Salesforce platform, will partner with technology and the business to define and document the enterprise architecture solution to support the COX Automotive Salesforce Enterprise Platform. The Lead Solution Architect will create the architectural vision and direction, develops enterprise and business architectures, provides advice and guidance, monitors emerging technologies, and ensures all solutions are aligned with the enterprise strategy. Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall solution and guidance for enterprise architecture to effectively support the Salesforce platform
  • Creates solution options and solution architecture, adhering to architectural standards and the technology roadmap, and minimizing technical debt.
  • Designs solutions that involve complex, multi-system integration, possibly across BUs or domains.
  • Drive alignment between Enterprise Architecture, Technical Architecture and business needs
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contribute to feature refinement, and deliver solutions incrementally and iteratively.
  • Provide guidance and oversight, ensures the viability of proposed solutions and provides direction on the appropriate approach to the solution throughout the project.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and stay updated with Salesforce best practices to continuously improve the solutions provided.
  • Establish strong relationships; demonstrate ability to influence business outcomes with data.
Qualifications: Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 6 years' of related experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years with Salesforce architecture experience.
  • 5+ years Working experience in full development life cycle and experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment
  • 1+ years' cloud integration experience at large platform, enterprise-level, preferably AWS
  • Experience presenting Design concepts / strategy to key business leaders (up to C-level) / stakeholders

  • Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud experience
  • Automotive industry experience
USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
