Lead Stationary Engineer
: Job Details :

Leads and performs all duties of engineers and be qualified to plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow-up on assigned tasks associated with preventative maintenance, repairs, tours, service calls, and emergency conditions in multiple facilities. Provide direct leadership to Stationary Engineers and General Maintenance workers. What your day-to-day will look like:Supervise the technical operations and maintenance of a building, supervise technical staff, and provide support to other buildings and supervisors as required. Provides direction and support to maintenance technicians within the facility or portfolio (including performance management, coaching, and development. Communicates regularly with JLL Chief Engineer & Deputy Project Manager and attends scheduled staff meetings/calls. Act as an interface with client and assist Chief Engineer & Deputy Project Manager with tactical planning for the facilities teams goals and objectives.
