About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Studio Advisor to join our team at BODYROK in New York, NY. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and maintaining Bodyrok's standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming and organized studio environment
- Provide personalized assistance to clients, including class bookings, membership sales, and account management
- Assist with studio supplies and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and equipment
- Assist with administrative tasks and support studio management as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- High school diploma or equivalent
