Job Description- Manage and oversee all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain the highest levels of safety and quality control on site.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the projects.
- Lead, motivate and manage teams to ensure maximum productivity.
- Implement strategic plans to improve processes and procedures in the construction department.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, designs and reports.
- Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Report on project progress to senior management and clients.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience in managing high rise construction projects.
