About the Role:We are seeking a System Requirements Engineer to define, design, and develop system requirements.The role involves performing trade-off analysis of performance, cost, risk, and other program requirements.The System Requirements Engineer will assess architecture, define system specifications, evaluate hardware/software compatibility, and coordinate subsystem design and integration.Responsibilities:Install, tune, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems for supported applicationsDevelop and implement techniques to prevent system problems and support root cause analysisEvaluate new systems through in-depth testing and research software products for recommendationsImprove engineering knowledge through educational workshops, publications, and professional societiesAct as a mentor for junior and senior team membersEducation Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer ScienceRequired Skills:8 years of experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systemsKnowledge of programming languages and web-based technologiesAbility to collaborate across teams to solve technical problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills In lieu of aBachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
