As part of this team, the Lead Tech Business Analysis will design and implement solutions using Workday Report Writer, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and other related tools to support data driven decision-making.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and touchpoints with relevant functional areas.Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that align with client requirements.Mentor other report writers and share knowledge with others.Review final technical design/solutions and may coordinate User Acceptance Testing.Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications.Solid understanding of the technical architecture required to support business needs and deliver end-solutions.Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers.Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex requirements and user stories.Responsible for managing assigned tasks to ensure successful completion of project within scope and on schedule.Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting best practices.
