BCI is current seeking a Lead Technician. A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master's level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities
* Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed
* Implement teaching procedures using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
* Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability
* Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
* Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
* Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to assign BTs appropriately to clients
* Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
* Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
* Support parent treatment guidance and protocol modification activities
* Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
* Holding or pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
* Working toward certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
* Excellent time management skills
* Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
* Ability to multitask
