Immanuel Lutheran Nursery School offers paid time off (vacation/sick), 401K, health insurance (we pay 50%), professional development hours, on site CPR/AED/First Aid training renewal. We also work with Boston Mutual and Aflac who offer Short/Long Term Disability, Accidental, Critical Illness, and Life Insurance (these are just some of the things that they offer). We are looking for a dedicated enthusiastic individual to work in our Toddler room 830-530 to help shape the young minds and share in their success as they navigate the Toddler world before their big transition into the Preschool Room.
Our job is to provide them with the education, love, and support that they will need to be successful in the future and gain a sense of independence. Who wouldn't want to be a part of something great and rewarding like that? Our Toddler teachers need someone that is able to work within a team and is able to plan and implement child appropriate curriculum, quarterly child evaluations, daily parent-teacher communication, as well as potty training.
If you are energetic, ready to move if necessary (as we all know toddlers can be fast!), and not afraid to get messy, then you are the perfect fit! You will aid in making sure that the children are ready for their next transition into Preschool. You will also participate in monthly staff meetings, and exciting school events throughout the year.
