What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Implement cost-effective recruitment functions, including visiting recruitment centers and processing referrals
- Maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates
- Contact potential candidates for job openings
- Execute local recruitment programs and provide information about the industry and its opportunities
- Write and place job advertisements using various media platforms
- Coordinate participation in events and present at job fairs, schools, and organizations
- Complete all phases of the Associate Hiring Process
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and safety guidelines are met
- Handle applicant phone traffic, schedule appointments, administer assessments, and coordinate application paperwork
- Conduct new hire orientation and safety training
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must reside in the Kansas City area
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
- Preferred knowledge and/or experience in the construction industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage
- Valid Driver's License and access to a car for work
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Associate's Degree in a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
