Job DetailsWe are seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer, PE to join our expanding Transportation Planning and Design team! In this role, you will oversee and contribute to a diverse range of transportation projects, from initial concept through to design and construction phases. Collaborating closely with a skilled team of professionals, you will deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for roadways and vital transportation infrastructure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will also be responsible for estimating costs, personnel, and material requirements, assisting in setting project completion dates, and preparing proposals. Additionally, you may have opportunities to engage in client presentations, collaborate on project specifications and modifications, and oversee invoicing to accurately reflect project activities. As a project leader, you will mentor junior engineers and technical staff, cultivate client relationships, and stay abreast of emerging trends in transportation engineering.Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation Engineering required
  • Licensed in Ohio
  • 8-10 years work experience in the Civil Engineering Industry is required
  • Familiarity with CAD and design software, including: MicroStation and GEOPAK/OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
