Who are we looking for? Reliable, detail oriented, hardworking, and honest individuals with leadership potential who want to find career where they can grow, belong, excel, and thrive! Schedule
  • Monday through Friday typically 8:00am-5:00pm
Typical duties include:
  • Leading crews of up to 25 or more as well as working directly with client
  • Regularly communicate daily with project managers and client personnel to provide project updates
  • Make welcome and train new hires
  • Scheduling and coordinating with team the priorities of the project
  • Building island, wall gondolas and backroom shelving from the ground up
  • Carpentry skills to include install of furring strips and building millwork
  • Proper building, moving and leveling of gondolas using methods directed by the manufacturer
  • Read a fixture plan to determine correct placement of all fixtures
  • Install overhead signage, aisle markers and other pieces of store dcor packages
  • Setting shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips and price labels and stocking merchandise according to a planogram
  • Collaborating with team members and working effectively as a group
  • Enforcement of company policies and demonstrates a good work ethic and excellent attendance
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Strong communication skills including experience communicating with new crews, new clients and owners as well as with company leaders on a regular basis
  • Have multiple years' experience installing fixtures in a retail store environment
  • New store and store remodel experience a must
  • Must be able to understand and uphold company policy as well as maintain a sense of professionalism at all times
  • Must be able to get along with others and manage performance and behaviors of a team per company guidelines
  • Must have your own reliable transportation (not shared). We do not provide rentals and public transportation will not suffice
  • Demonstrate technical skills required to assist with any reporting and documentation for projects as assigned
  • Be Reliable! Commit to working the assigned hours provided on the project schedule
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints and planograms
  • Own and demonstrate safe usage of basic power tools, hand tools, tape measure, chalk line and levels
  • Must be able to safely stand, bend, stoop, kneel and climb ladders up to 20 feet high for long periods of time. Have strength to pull, push and lift materials and products up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Ensure all safety policies are always followed
  • Ability to pass national background check and random drug screenings
  • A valid driver's license and government issued Identification
