ServiceMaster is looking for a Lead Water Technician with hustle, determination and drive to succeed. Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Professional development assistance You Are: An experienced Water Restoration Technician IICRC Certifications Willing to learn and grow your skill set Great with customers and a team player Adaptable to changing responsibilities A problem SOLVER Available to be on call one week night and additionally one weekend a month Able to lift 50 pounds regularly You might also have: Experience in Fire or Mold remediation Construction experience Your Responsibilities: Analyze a job and develop a plan to restore the location to a pre-loss condition Perform water extraction, pack out contents and remove any non-salvageable materials Utilize company software to document job tasks and progress Requirements: Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Pass a background check, fit for duty physical and drug test Work well in a team environment and able to operate independently at times Excel in communication with customer and supervisors Typical end time: 3:30 PM Typical start time: 7:30AM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Experience: Water Mitigation: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person.
