Functions as the Company Liaison between the Field Sales Team, Engineering, Field Service, Logistics and Manufacturing regarding all Systems Projects and Stand-Alone Equipment Orders. This includes working with Field & Inside Sales to develop the opportunity, equipment density, layout drawings and scope of work; working with Engineering on Equipment Functionality, Integration and Options based on the Site Infrastructure; working with Logistics to establish the shipment schedule and requirements and working with Field Service to schedule resources and review the scope of work requirements prior to deployment to the site.Responsible for the review of ALL Sales Documentation (Bid Packages/Equipment & System Pricing/Equipment Order Documentation/Quotes/Request for Pricing (RFPs)) as well as Laundry Design/Equipment Layouts, Equipment Utilities & Technical Information in support of New, Existing & Retooling Opportunities.Develops Detailed Project Scope of Work (SOW) Documents in support of New, Existing & Retooling Opportunities for Equipment Integration (new, existing and relocated), Installation (new & relocated), Rigging and Utility Construction and/or Modifications. SOW Documents are then presented to Independent Contractors for Pricing Requirements in support of Project Financial Packages. This will involve periodic travel to site locations to execute detailed equipment layout & SOW Document development.Creation of Laundry Design & Equipment Layouts utilizing AutoCAD. This includes Equipment Layouts, Foundation Drawings, Trench Detail Drawings and Equipment Utility Schedules in support of Bid Specification Packages and Sales Submittal Drawings. Other Design & Equipment Layouts will be generated based on specific requests.Coordinate with Engineering, Field Service, Controls & Manufacturing to determine and provide ancillary parts to support System & Custom Equipment Installations.Responsible for initiating, reviewing and updating ISO documentation in support of the design and project management process.Complete all requisite project after-action reviews including project financials, execution timeline tracking, and lessons learned to further enhance the process.Attend ALL Sales Related Functions in Support of the Inside Sales Department. This includes: Clean Show, Sales/Service Kick-Off, Mid-Year Review & Others as Scheduled.Other duties and special projects as assigned.$5k Sign-on bonus401k, profit sharing and a bonus plan
